- A refund request must be raised within 7 days of payment, along with valid proof of transaction.
- Refunds are not applicable for completed consultation sessions, digital products, or services that have already been delivered.
2. Refund Processing Time
- Once your refund request is verified and approved, it will be processed within 1–2 working days.
- After processing, the refunded amount will be credited to your original payment method within 10–14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
3. Mode of Refund
- Refunds are issued only through the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
- We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances.
